Apparently all of my fast food mystery shops did have an affect!The ideal range for cholesterol is 100-199.  Mine is 231.  The highest it ever was on past tests was 201.  The ideal range for HDL Cholesterol (good cholesterol) is 40-59.  Mine is 63.The ideal range for LDL Cholesterol (bad cholesterol) is 0-99. When I go to the chiropractor this morning, I will be requesting permission to start exercising again. I know that once I start moving again, I will get back into my old routine rather quickly.
